In May, 2012 the Katran-PSK company completed the project on implementation in SK Stimul LLC company of the software product "1C: Management of the construction organization", the integrator reported on December 19, 2012.

Start

In 2011, in connection with in high gear growth of the company, the management makes the decision on business automation. A main goal of the project was receiving an opportunity to monitor activity of all enterprise from the head's chair, in the online mode.

After the analysis of partners of 1C Company in Siberian Federal District, the Stimul company as the partner of implementation selects Spiny Dogfish of PSK company. Specialists of Spiny Dogfish of PSK company offer the industry software product "to 1C: Management of the construction organization", meeting expectations of the management of SK Stimul LLC.

Implementation

Implementation of the software product began in July, 2011 and took one year. Total number of the automated jobs was more than 50. In the program all divisions of the enterprise are joint:

  • Management;
  • Construction production;
  • Accounting.
  • Motor transportation workshop;
  • Auxiliary production;
  • Production and technical departments;
  • Warehouse and department of supply;
  • Legal department;
  • Estimate and contractual department

For increase in efficiency of the enterprise, the staff of Spiny Dogfish of PSK company were executed:

  • Improvement of an organization structure of the enterprise;
  • Study and formalization of account policy;
  • Development of effective regulations of work;
  • Correction of regulations of use of materials and limitation of cost items;
  • Creation of the uniform normative reference information for all divisions;
  • Training of employees
