"SK SUNLINE" increases performance of the accounting systems based on 1C using STsMK "Argus"

On July 2, 2018 the ALP Group company announced carrying out the project on optimization of high-speed performance of the accounting systems based on the 1C Platform in company SK "SUNLINE". After detection and liquidation of "bottlenecks" of a system began to work on average 10 times quicker. Expert service of the centralized monitoring and control (STsMK) of the IC "Argus" which precisely defined the place where there is an IT problem helped to detect and fix problems with performance of this critical business application to specialists of ALP Group and quickly prompted as to solve it.

The increase in productivity of the accounting systems on 1C meant faster acceptance and order processing on delivery of the sanitary equipment, big efficiency of logistic routes, smooth creation of summary reports in a system (a warehouse, the personnel, sales, finance) for the staff of CK "SUNLINE" and the growing customer loyalty.

STsMK "Argus" helps to monitor as well work of IT and infrastructure services of the company (e-mail, AD, etc.). Relying on statistics which is provided by service of monitoring and control, experts of ALP Group issue to the customer completely ready-made solutions concerning the planned growth of reliability and fault tolerance of key IT services and IT infrastructure.

In the company several accounting systems work for 1C. Also own solution of the client for conducting wholesales, and for customer relationship management is based on 1C. It is similar to classical CRM, but it has more wide functionality. In 2011 the customer needed not just to trace its performance, and to increase efficiency of the sales managers working there. It turned out that STsMK "Argus" which already watched over "health" of IT infrastructure and also behind work of a sheaf DBMS MS SQL+ 1C, can keep track also of productivity of work of managers of the company on sales. Methods and approaches practically the same (methodologically and protsessno).

Experts of ALP Group recorded all stages of work of managers (duration of transactions, frequency, intensity) and checked them using STsMK. Added 10 specially developed sensors to Argus (on one on each stage of work which needed to be measured and accelerated according to the results of measurements). One of sensors considered time from beginning to end of each stage. During the project engineers of service company measured the speed of reaction to a target call of the potential client, the outgoing calls on each seller (in a day) entering (in a day), target (in a day), the number of the taken orders by phone (in a day), the number of the taken orders through a form on the website (in a day). Calls to the available clients (in two weeks, in a month, according to indicators of each seller). And also sales volumes on each seller and the region (month). The special diagrams helping them to see all statistics on the specialists were developed for heads.

On the basis of data from STsMK "Argus" management of SK "SUNLINE" entered more accurate KPI in sales department. Corrected personal and group efficiency of sellers. Provided internal and external trainings. On project deliverables of sellers broke into groups. Separation of tasks on the basis of objective data from STsMK "Argus" unloaded people. At someone calls, superfluous for it, "left", removed duties which inefficient accomplishment slowed down all sales process from someone.
