December 18, 2014. The Soft-Unity company announced completion of implementation of the CRM system in SMART-M company which is engaged in sale of the road and construction equipment.

Choosing a Solution

For customer service quality improvement and also in connection with growth of sales volumes and increase in the customer base the company management made the decision on automation of sales department. After consideration of several offers from the firms franchisees which are engaged in sale of programs of 1C, client representatives stopped on Soft-Unity company. Their choice was influenced wide experience of specialists in the field of automation of sales and also by positive reviews of clients who cooperated with Soft-Unity.

Project Progress

For the solution of an assigned task the complex of programs was offered: "1C: Trade Management" and "1C:CRM PROF. Edition 2.0" which completely met requirements to an automated system. For automation of all sales department it was also purchased "1C:CRM PROF. Multi-user license for 5 jobs". Service engineers of Soft-Unity arrived to the Client to appointed day for installation and setup of a system. After on all jobs of users client licenses were set, specialists of Soft-Unity trained personnel in work in the program.

Result

Implementation of the software complex allowed to facilitate work of sales department considerably. The management noted growth of efficiency of sales managers and also convenient tools for the analysis of their work. The staff of department was satisfied with the intuitive interface and instruments of time-management. They noted a possibility of registration of all contacts with the customer that allowed to conduct, according to them, more effective policy of work with clients.
