On November 1, 2019 the Diasoft company reported that its solution implemented in microservice architecture allowed SMP Bank to automate interaction with external systems, to increase quality and service rate of clients. For November, 2019 the solution supports work of bank with a marketplace "All-Russian Banking Center" (ARBC) on providing bank guarantees to participants of state orders.

The solution is integrated with the Diasoft FA Beans system installed in SMP Bank, but can successfully work with any IT system.

Process of an execution of the bank guarantee through a marketplace of VBTs for SMP Bank looks so: the employee of the bank obtains data of the client in encrypted form and confirms the fact of making decision on issue of the bank guarantee in a personal account of a marketplace; further in a marketplace XML file forms, it is added to a certain directory to which the bank has access. In the same time in the solution of Diasoft in the online mode the analysis of contents of XML file begins, presence of the client in base is checked and, if necessary, an object is created, and data on the client are supplemented with necessary information on sole executive bodies and the client's beneficiaries.

As a result, the employee who is responsible for issue of bank guarantees receives the questionnaire of the legal entity created in Diasoft FA Beans and a card of the issued bank guarantee.

In the future the SMP Bank will be able to add microservices and is successful to interact with other financial marketplaces or the state systems, using functionality of the solution of Diasoft.
