Start of the project on implementation of the industrial automation system of preparation of the reporting for the Central Bank of the Russian Federation

On November 28, 2018 the R-Style Softlab company reported that it together with JSC SMP Bank began the project on implementation of the industrial automation system of preparation of the reporting for providing in the Central Bank of Russian Federation. At the heart of the solution — the business application "RSDH: Reporting of the Central Bank".

The solution completely automates process of preparation, control and release of the obligatory reporting for providing in the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. Within the project the uniform unified process of reporting for banks of group of JSC SMP Bank will be configured.

Increase in volume of business of bank and also the number of the transactions executed by preparation of the reporting manually demanded from banking group to review approach to reporting and to select the IT system which unifies process of preparation of the reporting in banks of group will allow to reduce spent for this time, to avoid emergence of errors and to reduce the number of manual transactions and also will provide tools for the analysis of data retrieveds. As such tool the banking group selected the solution of R-Style Softlab company.

The solution of R-Style Softlab company will allow banking group to prepare the reporting under uniform algorithms and rules and also will help to reduce time spent by specialists for formation of the regulatory reporting and to minimize operational risks. Project completion on automation of tax accounting of transactions with securities

On June 20, 2018 the R-Style Softlab company announced project completion on automation in credit institution of tax accounting of transactions with securities in JSC SMP Bank. At the heart of the solution — the module "Analytical Registers of Tax Accounting" (ARTA) of the software package RS-Securities.

It is our first project with SMP Bank. During the work on the project we not only offered bank the functionality which is already actively used by other clients and included all changes of the legislation but also considered features of the tax accounting executed by bank. The solution automates work of the employees of the bank responsible for calculation of a taxable basis for preparation of the declaration on income tax, and provides formation of a set of analytical registers on the operations performed by bank in financial market on its own behalf and at own expense and also formation of notifications on transactions with the affiliated persons who are subject to additional control.

Project implementation allowed to exempt completely specialists of department of taxation and tax statements from manual work by preparation of the reporting for tax authorities.
