SMU-1 completes implementation of industry solution of accounting

Company "1C: The first BIT" automates activity of Construction Mounting Management — 1 LLC using specialized industry solution "BIT: Construction", the press service of integrator reported on March 29, 2013.

Background

Before the customer used an information system which ceased to meet requirements of the organization, requests and scale of problems of accounting. Budgeting was performed in different programs that complicated planning processes.

To eliminate the existing difficulties and the company management made the decision to increase controllability business about implementation of a new information system. The company "1C became the partner in automation: The first BIT". A system "BIT is selected from product quality of technology: Construction", allowing to automate key business processes of construction companies.

Solution

In three months specialists of the contractor made installation and setup of a system, organized data transfer from the previous program, provided user training.

Result

Accounting processes are completely automated. Considerably the efficiency of work with documents increased. Employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many routine transactions manually, performance of their work increased. All necessary reporting is prepared qualitatively and in time, the quantity of errors decreased.
