SOVEKS (BIT:FINANS Standard / PROF)

Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" completed implementation of the software product "BIT: Finance" in SOVEKS Ltd, one of leading companies in the market of services in aviation fuel supply at the airports of civil aviation of Russia, the CIS countries and foreign countries. The decision on system implementation was made for the purpose of automation of functions of financial planning, operational financial accounting, and also plan-fact analysis. The selected system allowed to solve assigned tasks short term without completion of functionality.

Problems of automation

As a result of project implementation of automation the following tasks were solved:

• the uniform format of management accounting and the reporting based on the RAS standard including the main forms - BDDS, BDR, the Budget for balance is created;
• the possibility of multiscenario planning of budgets in necessary analytical cuts by methods "from top to down" and "from below up", "from the purposes" and "from reached", etc. is implemented;
• the NSI uniform base, including Partners, Agreements, Articles, the CFD, Projects, etc. is created;
• the procedure of the sliding planning, with regular budget update and expansion of planning horizons, etc. is implemented.
