SPARK (EDMS)

The solution is intended for maintaining electronic archive of design-technology documentation: albums on installation, repair and service of nodes of helicopters. A system allows to update, look for and browse quickly documentation, to copy fragments of archive in the structured view of CD. With its help work with documentation is arranged and accelerated, the risk of errors is minimized and runtime of the order is reduced. A system saves from need to take out to business trips to the place of execution of works large volumes of paper documentation. Integration into Microsoft Axapta in reference books by clients, suppliers and employees is implemented. The volume of archive is about 150,000 sheets or 15 Gb. Number of users: 15 people. Solution type: development on the DocsVision platform, two special cards (one – with complex structure of details of work with an album).
