SRZ No. 35 implements EDMS

On December 2, 2013 it became known of implementation of consulting projects of the Docsvision system by the Center at enterprise "35 SRZ" of JSC Zvezdochka Shiprepairing Center.

Project Tasks

Due to the increase in amounts of works the enterprise had a need for management of considerable flows of documents at gain of requirements to control of their execution. The management of the enterprise made the decision on creation of a single system of management of documents and business processes. Based on competitive procedures the contract for implementation was signed with the partner of DocsVision – the Center of consulting projects (the group "IT Polyus"). The choice of the standard solution "Simple Office" was caused by presence at it of necessary functionality, customizability, the interface, intuitive for the user.

Project Progress

The project team defined and implemented problems of automation of processing and storage of correspondence (including using line scanning), a possibility of formation of resolutions and instructions to users of a system, evident reports on execution of instructions. The simplest and functional structure of personal working folders of users is created, quick search of documents in details is organized.

At this stage of the project 25 jobs are automated.

Project Results

In branch of ship-repair enterprise "35 SRZ" of JSC Zvezdochka Shiprepairing Center the first stage of system implementation of electronic document management on the Docsvision platform is completed. EDMS is put into operation on November 1, 2013.

Dmitry Ponomarenko, the head of department of ASUP 35 SRZ, otmetiit: "Implementation allowed us to increase quality of processes of documentary ensuring management, speed of passing of documents, to provide sale of effective mechanisms of control of performing discipline at the plant. Now tasks of further development of EDMS as regarding use of the opportunities which are already put in it, and regarding implementation of new functionality are defined by us".

Alexander Khokhlov, the specialist in electronic document management systems of the Center of consulting projects, emphasized: Simple office has the complete functionality necessary for automation of workflow processes at the enterprises which are engaged in ship repair and ship maintenance of navy. The system interface is simple and clear, flexible configurations allow to store conveniently, to display visually and to quickly find documents. Work does not require special knowledge in the field of office-work and information technologies. Therefore at discussion of the project to the customer this solution was proposed".
