Digital Design implemented EDMS for "the Siberian Service Company"

The distributed solution, with replication of 6 bases in 6 regions from Moscow to Krasnoyarsk. (transport process is written by the contractor). More than 500 users, 300 at the same time working users.

November 21, 2014 Geographically distributed EDMS was entered^[1] into Siberian Service Company (SSC) Ltd^[1] in operation at the central office, six branches and one managed company at the end of December, 2009. The command which representatives of SSK, Digital Design and regional partners of Docsvision company entered was engaged in implementation. Now Digital Design continues to develop EDMS, adapting it to new tasks.

Choosing a Solution

In 2008 SSK Ltd held the tender for the choice of the contractor for system implementation of electronic document management. The tender was won by DIGITAL DESIGN Ltd company. Implementation of the project continued from 2008 to 2009. Since then development of a system happens continuously, within rendering technical support.

Result

As note in Digital Design, the uniqueness of the project consists in very difficult distributed architecture of a system. In spite of the fact that requirements to development of a system form at head office of the company, at implementation in all 6 branches features of each branch are surely considered, all completions are synchronized among themselves. According to specialists of Digital Design company, EDMS SSK Ltd there is an example of progressive approach of the customer to creation of an electronic document management system.
