On June 3, 2022 Russian , the integrator and developer T1 Consulting introduced a calculation system wages on the Human Resources Management basis for. 1S:ZUP scientific and technical center "Rosseti FGC UES" The decision made it easier to maintain personnel records and payroll for more than 850 employees of the head office and two branches - in and. Novosibirsk Vladivostok
A team of specialists from T1 Consulting and NTC RossetiFGC UES began implementing the project in mid-November 2021. As part of the first phase, they analyzed the configuration of the IT system and proposed a solution based on current business needs. In particular, the developers added the ability to reflect the salary for projects with phased detail in relation to contracts.
In January 2022, the project team completed the configuration of the system, migrated personnel information and began pilot operation of the solution. At the end of March, specialists completed a project to transfer data from 1S:UPP to 1S:ZUP 3.1, training employees to work with functionality. In the future, T1 Consulting will continue to support and develop, including during the delivery of the IT-based reporting system.
"The Customer's historical system did not allow to develop the system in terms of personnel accounting and payroll due to its significant customization. In this regard, in the near future, the business in the formation of reporting could have problems. The project team was faced with the task of ensuring a complete transition to the 1S:ZUP 3.1 system - we were able to carefully transfer the historical data used for calculating wages and social benefits, and ensured integration with the accounting system of the enterprise, " emphasized Alexey Stoyanov, Head of BYU 1C T1 Consulting |
"The modernization of the information system affected the parent organization and two branches - Novosibirsk and Vladivostok with a total number of employees of more than 850 people. The accrual of wages for all employees of these branches will become even more understandable. Our team managed to develop additional functionality for the information system, which includes accounting for actually worked hours with reference to a specific contract, project or project stage and the subsequent accrual of salaries in proportion to the time worked, " noted Svetlana Barinova, project manager T1 Consulting |
