Within the "Development and Deployment of the Information System of Planning and Control of Deliveries" project for STROYNEFTEGAZ ALLIANCE LLC company the company IRT Group implemented a single system on accounting and planning of deliveries. The following works were performed:
- Work of the central office and two warehouses of the client within planning process and accounting of deliveries is automated.
- Accounting of a remaining balance and movements of materials and the equipment, accounting of initial materials requirements, communications of these requirements with supplier orders, information on planned and actual dates of accomplishment of orders is implemented.
- Accounting of a remaining balance of materials and the equipment by construction objects using the mechanism of reservation of materials under a specific object is implemented.
- The single system of names of materials and the equipment for all divisions of the client is implemented.
- The indicating system and notifications of participants of planning process and accounting of deliveries about changes in different documents is implemented: the project documentation, works schedules, specifications with suppliers, etc.
- The reports giving the chance of operational obtaining information on planning, deliveries, the movement of materials and the equipment are developed and implemented.
- Maintaining base of the prices and suppliers is automated, mechanisms of comparison and choice of suppliers, approvals of the prices are implemented.
