In "The Samara center of geodesy and land management" EDMS THESIS is implemented

On June 11, 2019 the company Haulmont reported that the geodetic company from Samara passed from paper document flow on EDMS THESIS.

"The Samara center of geodesy and land management" (STSGIZ) performs geodetic, cadastral and land management works, conducts engineering researches in construction and renders legal services.

Activity STSGIZ is integrated to processing of considerable volume of documents, however document flow in the organization long time was paper. Several months ago the decision on work automation was made. STSGIZ it was required to solve standard problems: transfer office, the movement of documents and management of instructions to an electronic form.

Having considered the different products which are present at the Russian market, the management of the enterprise selected EDMS THESIS.

Standard edition which contains all necessary STSGIZ opportunities was purchased. EDMS THESIS allows to automate all stages of the movement of documents in the organization: registration, processing, storage, execution. It saves working time of employees and reduces duration of processes, for example, such as approval of documents. In a system convenient document retrieval is implemented, the risk of loss of important information is excluded. An opportunity to set tasks to the employees and to control their execution allows to arrange work and to reduce the number of overdue cases.

The result of implementation completely met expectations of the customer. Training for employees STSGIZ was provided, consultations helped them to accustom to a system, tells results of implementation of Annit Nikolenko, the corporate clients manager
