SZFK implements the automated control system for repairs and hardware maintenance

For the purpose of improvement of a system of functioning of repair services and for increase in operability of the equipment in "the Northwest Phosphoric Company" the automated system of "MRO" ("Maintenance and repairs") is implemented. The program is installed based on 1C-ERP in workplaces of repair services of GOKA "Cervine Stream".

The enrichment factory became the platform of approbation of the program. System implementation on the mine and on mechanical-repair section is at the moment performed. In a system data on running repairs and maintenance inspections collect. Consolidation of information allows to create process charts of repairs in which are reflected: the working schedule, executives in charge, information on amounts of time spent for work. But the main thing, information base of technical documentation on maintenance and operation of all equipment of GOKA forms. Thanks to what, it is easier for specialists to plan timely checkup and procedural replacement of spare parts. The correct care of the equipment will reduce emergency situations in the future.

By calculations of specialists, the number of unscheduled repairs already by the end of 2018 will decrease by 15%, the coefficient of technical readiness of the career and underground self-propelled equipment and also fixed equipment of enrichment factory will increase.

Besides, use of "MRO" will provide timely formation of warehouse stocks of material resources since formation of requirements and value assessment of repairs will also be automated.
