Aeroflot implemented the production analytical Sabre Intelligence Exchange platform

2018: Results of implementation of the Sabre Intelligence Exchange platform

On October 15, 2018 the Ramaks company announced project completion on implementation of the configured analytical Sabre Intelligence Exchange platform (Sabre IX) in PJSC Aeroflot. As the purposes were designated: business process optimization of customer interaction and staff of the company, quality improvement of the analysis and documentation of data of armoring and also management of commercial data of airline. The Integro Technologies company, the Russian integrator having own Center of examination for solutions of Sabre was engaged in project implementation.

Sabre Intelligence Exchange (Sabre IX) is the configured and scalable platform integrated with all information systems of an IT landscape of airline which allows to control, systematize and transfer effectively the commercial information and also to perform the analysis of indicators of sales in real time.

As a result of a project startup in commercial operation Aeroflot got access to such automated functions as online data-refresh about the next flight and a card of the participant of the rewards program, obtaining Push-notifications by the passenger after completion of flight for service quality evaluation. A system also allows to aggregate and standardize a contact information of passengers, to consider information on perfect flights for charge of bonus points to participants of the loyalty program.

Besides, passengers had an opportunity to receive notifications by means of email - and SMS messages about the beginning of online registration in 24 hours prior to a departure, about need of payment of armoring before the termination of a time limit, about the beginning of landing and change of number of the boarding gate.

Increase in level of customer focus of PJSC Aeroflot due to providing personal approach to each client of the company became result of project implementation.

2015: Agreement signature about implementation of Sabre Intelligence Exchange

On May 21, 2015 it became known of agreement signature between the companies "Aeroflot" and Sabre Corporation about implementation in IT infrastructure airline of the technological solution Sabre Intelligence Exchange^[1].
