M.Video-Eldorado launched an international electronic document flow

Customers: M of Video El Dorado

Moscow; Trade

Contractors: Tensor
Product: Tensor: Saby Docs

Project date: 2025/02

At the end of February 2025, it became known that M.Video-Eldorado successfully automated the process of exchanging legally significant documents with foreign counterparties through a system developed by Tensor, which is the operator of the Saby ecosystem. Thanks to this project, suppliers from Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan joined the Russian Saby Docs solution.

The solution based on the Saby Docs platform provides the company with the opportunity to exchange electronic documents with foreign counterparties, while the legal force of agreements between the parties is ensured by a tripartite agreement. This agreement is concluded between the participants: a Russian resident (M.Video-Eldorado), non-residents of Russia (foreign counterparties) and the operator EDO Tensor, whose products include Saby.

It is noted that before the introduction of MEDO, the process of sending documents from neighboring countries took several weeks, which increased logistics costs. With the transition to the new system, counterparties from the CIS countries began to send invoices, invoices and other documents through secure communication channels in online format. At the same time, the Russian side signs documents using a qualified electronic signature (KEP), and counterparties from the CIS use an unqualified electronic signature (NEP).

Elena Sorvanova, chief accountant of the M.Video-Eldorado group of companies, noted the significant improvements brought by the introduction of the new system. She stressed that earlier documents came from abroad with delays, sometimes for several weeks, and now they instantly enter the system. The company plans to continue to develop this area by introducing new projects and strengthening cooperation with Tensor.

Earlier, M.Video-Eldorado successfully implemented a project to switch to EDO with 30 thousand Russian suppliers. The next step for the company will be the introduction of cross-border electronic document management (TED) developed by Tensor.
