2022: Transition to self-accounting at Syntegs OSBU

In 2022, Sail Asset Management LLC switched from outsourcing to independent accounting at Syntegs OSBU in order to have quick access to up-to-date data and make decisions on operational tasks. Sintegro Consulting (Sintegs) announced this on December 7, 2022.

External maintenance removed routine reporting tasks from employees, but at the same time, without prompt access to data, it became more difficult to monitor the state of accounting. Interaction with the outsourcing company was built as follows: PARUS Asset Management LLC sent primary documents, and in response received XBRL and XML reports prepared in Syntegs OSBU on the partner's side. In fact, PARUS Asset Management LLC was already registered in the OSBU system, it remained only to transfer it to internal rails.

On the technical side, the transition was not difficult. The project team installed the OSBU system and moved the accounting base maintained by the outsourcing company.

For employees, the changes also did not become a stumbling block: the program was developed on the basis of 1C, which makes it accessible and understandable, the company shared.

We have moved away from accounting and tax accounting on an outsource to take control of these processes. The choice fell on Syntegs software for a less painful transition with minimal adaptation to our accounting, - said Natalia Alekseeva, deputy chief accountant of PARUS Asset Management LLC.
