At the very beginning of the work, the client's team was given access to the integrator's training portal. This allowed Vetonit and Isoroc employees to approach the main stage of model development with sufficient platform knowledge to complete some of the tasks themselves.
As a result of the project, a universal sales planning model was built, adapted to the needs of different divisions and taking into account their approaches to planning mechanics. For the convenience of users, more than 100 dashboards were created - for maximum ease of entering and analyzing data. In addition, an operating cost planning model was developed in just one month, which was made possible by the flexibility of the platform and a carefully prepared terms of reference.
As a result of the 2024 budget process, Optimacros has shown itself to be an effective planning tool that helps optimize the speed of budgeting. The results of the platform were highly appreciated internally, so we decided to expand the project and move to automating other budgeting elements (cost calculation and capital cost planning). We also think about using this tool for S&OP processes.
