The main goal of the I stage of system implementation of electronic document management of Docsvision in JSC Samaraneftekhimproyekt determined the problem of process automation of the general office-work directed to increase in management efficiency and labor productivity.

Specialists of ACS-group Group implement the project on implementing solution, processing of the entering, outgoing, internal and organizational and administrative documents and also processes of the creation, execution and control of performance of the resolution allowing to automate.

The integration modules providing interaction of an electronic document management system with the MS Outlook system are in addition developed.

Implementation of the automated control system in JSC Samaraneftekhimproyekt allowed to arrange work with documents, to accelerate process of their search and to exclude risks of loss.

Also as a result of the I stage of implementation reduction of terms of execution of works, increase in level of performing discipline and motivation of employees at the expense of the organization of effective control of execution is reached.

The second stage assumes implementation of the automated process control system of preparation and holding tender procedures and also the automated control system for the local regulating documentation.
