Samsonite completed deployment of technologies for enterprise management

The Homnet Consulting integrator begins an implementation project of an automated system on a technology platform of 1C:Enterprise 8 and the software product "Homnet: IFRS" in the Russian representative office of the international company Samsonite, the press service of integrator reported on June 18, 2013.

Samsonayt addressed to Homnet Consulting for the project of automation of the international accounting in the enterprise on the platform "Homnet: IFRS".

Earlier the staff of Samsonayt kept account according to IFRS in spreadsheets of the MS Excel. Basis for making decision on implementation "Homnet: IFRS" - need of reduction of time and quality improvement of preparation of the reporting and data for loading in a corporate system of Hyperion.

Hopes

"Homnet: The IFRS" will help the company to keep parallel account of business activities according to international standards of the reporting on the basis of the Russian financial accounting (RAS).

The tasks solved during the project:

• formation of the necessary block of reports on IFRS (balance, profit and loss statement, etc.)
• automation of unloading of the monthly reporting under IFRS in head office in Belgium (integration with a corporate system of Hyperion)
• automation of charge of reserves according to IFRS
• parallel fixed asset accounting and intangible assets
• accounting net revenues by nomenclature positions
• accounting of revenue by sales channels (wholesale, retail, e-commerce)

For June 18, 2013 employees Homnet Consulting conduct design and system development on the platform "Homnet: IFRS".

It is going to automate 5 jobs.

End of the Project

On October 28, 2013 the Homnet Consulting company announced deployment project completion "to Homnet: IFRS" and its start in operation.
