The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed the project of automation of Samuray car service using the products "1C: Trade Management 8" and "BIT: Management of car service 8". As a result of system implementation on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform the organization received the tool for maintaining managerial and accounting in uniform base, it was succeeded to automate payroll calculation taking into account specifics of automobile business.

Before implementation all account in the company was kept manually that was labor-consuming and quite often led to errors. To the enterprise the automated system for control of the movement of auto parts, accounting of spare parts and works for the client, payroll calculation was required for employees taking into account tariffing, on the closed normo-hours, on the actual runtime of works. Besides, the possibility of reservation of spare parts for a certain term was necessary for clients.

For solving of tasks of the company the 1C: Trade Management 8 systems and "BIT were selected: Management of car service 8" as products as much as possible correspond to assigned tasks.

1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) for automation of work of Samuray car service invited according to the recommendation.

In the company the following business challenges are automated:

  • Accounting of the performed works (on car repairs);
  • Control of the movement and write-off of spare parts;
  • Settlement with customers;
  • Planning and works monitoring;
  • Payroll calculation to contractors for the performed works;
  • Storage of reference books of normo-hours of the performed works;
  • Operational drawing up Order with indication of works and spare parts, necessary for their accomplishment;
  • Storage of history on car repairs;
  • The analytical block allows to obtain quickly all necessary information to heads and other staff of car service.

Within a week 3 jobs in sales department and in a warehouse were automated. Specialists of BIT company implemented and configured the software, provided user training.

Results of automation:

  • The term of payroll calculation of contractors on the amount of the performed works taking into account tariffing, on the closed normo-hours, on the actual runtime of works was reduced by 20%;
  • Maintaining managerial and accounting in uniform base is automated that allowed the management to obtain all necessary information on the enterprise;
  • Control of logistics of spare parts and their movement in the course of work is automated that helped to support an optimal remaining balance of each type of spare parts in a warehouse;
  • A discount system is developed for calculation of discounts for works and spare parts that the number of regular customers helped to increase.
