ADMS was developed using typical technical solutions of KRUG company: APCS of pump stations, APCS of heat stations and ADCS of heat supply company facilities.

The 2,500 m³/ch capacity booster pump station is located on the Northeast Highway of Saransk and is designed to supply thermal energy to residential areas.

KRUG has completed mid and upper level engineering, automation cabinet supply, engineering and commissioning.

The automation cabinet is equipped with an industrial DevLink-C1000 controller with DevLink-A10 series I/O modules that provide control of network electric pumps (SES), collection and processing of information from temperature, pressure and coolant flow sensors, leakage detectors, power converters and actuators. Data transmission to the upper level of the system (to the dispatching center of Saransk heating networks) is carried out via Ethernet and GSM channel. The automation cabinet provides for the possibility of monitoring the technological process "in place" using the operator's console based on the touch control panel.

Automated workstations of the dispatch center operate under the control of the Russian SCADA KRUG-2000. Remote users of the system can view information about the state of the heating network via the Internet using any WEB browser.

NPF KRUG has been working at the facilities of Saransk heating networks since 2010. During this time, the ASDU was put into operation with a phased connection of 12 pumping stations and 103 central heating points.

The KRUG company on April 24, 2023 announced the completion of work on the technical re-equipment of the automated information and measuring system of the combined water treatment complex (AIIS UWC) of the Saransk TETs-2.

AIIS UWC of Saransk TETs-2 operates on the basis of the KRUG-2000 software and hardware (software and hardware) complex (PAK PTK KRUG-2000).

The existing control cabinets were converted with the installation of DevLink-C1000 controllers and DevLink-A10 I/O modules from the PAK CAS KRUG-2000. The controller equipment operates under the control of the real-time controller system (RVCC) developed by NPF KRUG.

Two AWS of operators with the installed SCADA KRUG-2000 one perform functions of collection, processing, visualization and archiving data from lower level sensors, as well as functions of control of actuators and pump units. The engineer's AWS provides control and correction of software controllers and operators' AWS.

The work was carried out systematically and divided into stages for three years without stopping the process of water treatment of the thermal power plant.

KRUG has been working at the facilities of the Saransk TETs-2 since 1999. During this time, together with the specialists of NPF KRUG, the reconstruction and modernization of automation tools for the technological processes of the main equipment is being carried out sequentially

Completion of technical re-equipment of ASKUTE

Completed design work on technical re-equipment of automated system of commercial metering of thermal energy (ASKUTE) of the Saransk TETs-2, which performs the functions of integrated technical and commercial metering of thermal energy/heat carrier. Accounting is carried out in accordance with the rules of commercial accounting of heat energy and heat carrier (Resolution Government of the Russian Federation No. 1034). The developed design documentation provides for the replacement of the outdated equipment and upgrade software of the upper level of the system. The modernized ASCUTE will ensure the production of cash calculations according to energy resources with consumers, as well as operational control functions heat production and heat consumption by subdivisions and facilities of the enterprise.

Operational and commercial information is collected by data collection controllers DevLink-S1000 (together with DevLink-A10 I/O modules) from thermal energy metering devices of geographically distributed consumption facilities. Controlled parameters: flow rate, pressure and temperature of the supplied coolant consumers, as well as the supply of additional water to the thermal power plant. Information is accumulated on the data collection server and displayed on the AWS operators with SCADA KRUG-2000 installed. Then all information is transmitted to automated information-measuring system of technological and commercial metering of CHPP (AIIS TiKU).

Factory network users: AWS of the director, chief engineer, head of PTD, Head of CTC and Head of CTAI. All information is stored for 5 years and can be provided to management, employees and consumers in the form of reports, tables and graphs.
