Saranskteplotrans completed implementation of the PCS on boiler unit No. 2

On June 16, 2014 KRUG company announced delivery for needs of JSC Saranskteplotrans of the software the SCADA KRUG-2000 and the equipment of the top level for an APCS of TVG-8 boilers of the article No. 1 and No. 2 of the third residential district and the boiler TVG-8 of Article No. 2 of the sixth residential district of the city of Saransk.

Project Progress

The project documentation on a management system for technology equipment of boiler units of TVG-8 is developed using standard technical solution of an APCS of boiler units. The APCS "upper" level of boilers should be implemented on the SCADA KRUG-2000 system platform.

Implementation of an APCS of boilers based on the Russian SCADA KRUG-2000 will increase effective management of technology process, will provide operation personnel with complete, reliable and timely information about work of boiler units.

Project Results

On March 11, 2015 it became known of commissioning the industrial control system of the TVG-8 boiler of Article No. 2 of JSC Saranskteplotrans, in the third residential district of the city of Saransk^[1].

Modularity of creation of the SCADA KRUG-2000 and broad spectrum of the built-in software tools helped to create functionally complete solution, according to requirements of the Customer. The effective management of technology process is increased. The operation personnel is provided with complete, reliable and timely information about work of a boiler unit.
