On April 3, 2018 the operator of Sberbank-AST electronic marketplace announced transition to the failsafe Russian solution Naumen Contact Center.
The key role in user support of Sberbank-AST ETP is executed by contact center. For the purpose of optimization of IT infrastructure of contact center by the management Sberbank-AST the decision on replacement of the software package Genesys by the domestic solution based on Naumen Contact Center was made. The platform provides the necessary level of reliability and expands the potential for further development of functionality. At the same time costs for IT infrastructure of contact center were significantly reduced.

IT specialists Sberbank automatic telephone exchange performed implementation and tuning of the Naumen Contact Center system independently with consulting support of specialists of NAUMEN.
As of April, 2018 90 operators based on the Naumen Contact Center platform service up to 10,000 incoming calls daily. Thanks to intellectual routing high service rate is provided, at distribution of calls employment, skills of operators are considered.
