2021: Completion of the multimedia complex

On December 21, 2021, STEP LOGIC announced the completion of the construction of a multimedia complex in the inter-tower space of the Sberbank City business cluster on Kutuzovsky Prospekt.

According to the company, the inter-tower space combines the entrance to two office buildings, where a total of more than 10 thousand employees work. The space includes lobbies, entrance groups, elevator, staircase and escalator halls, reception area, shops and cafes, meeting rooms, restaurant and recreational area.

To organize the personal and collective work of the bank's employees and partners, inform visitors about offers and services, broadcast corporate content and create acoustic comfort in the premises, all zones were equipped with a complex of multimedia systems.

Modular room with capacity up to 80 people

LED screens integrated with a single system for distributing bank content are part of the interior design and are located in places of greatest cross-country ability.

The central LED screen is equipped with a set of sensors for controlling content gestures in several modes. Sensors respond to both fuzzy hand movements, for example, when the palm approaches the screen with an image of the flow of water, the picture will envelope it, as well as the exact gestures necessary for business presentations: clicking on hyperlinks, viewing documents, increasing or decreasing content.

Transformation of the modular room into a meeting room for 14 people and a briefing room for 65 people

The area in front of the interactive LED screen can also be used for multi-host presentations. The screen allows you to broadcast information from multiple signal sources. The resulting content is placed in arbitrary windows combined with a background picture. And for the uniform distribution of sound, the space is equipped with a sound amplification system.

For extended meetings, videoconferences and seminars in the inter-tower space, a modular hall with 80 seats is equipped. If necessary, it is transformed into several rooms, which are separated from each other by soundproof partitions. Each of the modules is equipped with a LED screen, as additional display means, displays on mobile racks are used.

The complex of multimedia systems of the hall is being rebuilt depending on the operating scenarios. Switching of equipment operation modes is performed from the touch-sensitive control panel according to pre-created templates.

To broadcast content in real time and television shooting, professional cameras with proper resolution are installed in the hall, which are controlled from the control panel.

The room is equipped with ceiling microphone arrays, so the use of personal microphones is not required.

Amphitheatre area

The amphitheater area, designed for informal meetings, lectures, speeches or presentations, is equipped with mobile video screens, sound amplification system, wireless microphones. As loudspeakers, both ceiling mounting dynamics and suspended ones are used, since the ceilings of the space have different heights.

For live broadcasts or recording events, shooting equipment is provided, it is possible to document presentations and conduct streaming in real time.

The integration of the multimedia complex of the modular hall and the amphitheater with the central system of simultaneous translation makes it possible to hold events with the involvement of foreign speakers and participants.

Thanks to the multi-zone audio broadcasting system, it is possible to play content, adjust sound levels and make announcements from the reception both in each individual zone and simultaneously in all rooms of the inter-tower space.

The meeting rooms are designed for meetings and videoconferences with up to 10 participants. The premises are equipped with video conferencing systems with tracking cameras and microphones with low sensitivity to interference from mobile phones, information display devices, soundbar, switching devices.

On the tables there are hatches with the most common cable interfaces for external devices. Along with wired connection, wireless connection and transmission of content on the video panel are implemented.

Multimedia systems are controlled from the touch panel. With it, you can turn on or off the equipment, manage the video conferencing complex, select sources to show presentations, and control volume levels.

Meeting room for 8 people

Outside the meeting rooms there are E-Ink screens integrated with a single booking system. The panel does not need to be connected to the LAN and power supply (the charging time is up to 2 years). Because of this, it can be placed on any surface, including glass. When you cancel or end an appointment early, the presence sensor automatically changes the space availability status.

2020: Multifunctional hall equipment

On November 24, 2020, Step Logic announced that an installation of OLED panels with a small bend diameter was installed in Sber's office on Kutuzovsky Prospekt and a multifunctional hall with 600 seats was equipped.

As part of the project, the company's specialists designed and implemented 14 systems combined into a single complex, using products from more than 70 manufacturers. The hall has sound amplification, video display, mixing and signal processing systems, multilingual video conferencing, simultaneous translation, television filming, switching and processing of video signals, staged lighting, mechanization, audio broadcasting in the audience and areas adjacent to the hall, digital technological communication, technological monitoring and integrated control.

The multi-channel sound amplification and object mixing system allows you to control each sound source and change its position in space, both in real time and with pre-defined scenarios.

With the help of compact linear arrays, separate point sources and signal processing and amplification technologies, it was possible to achieve a uniform distribution of sound pressure and a high intelligibility index.

The television complex makes it possible to conduct live broadcasts, record programs, subsequent installation and preparation for the air both for streaming services and broadcast television. For reliable switching and signal transmission over long distances, without loss of quality and with minimal delays, signal transmission technologies in the optical medium were used.

An integral part of the project is a staged lighting system that creates light effects for various types of events. The solution is based on remote controls that provide fill, directed and color lighting for the stage and part of the auditorium.

In addition to the concert hall, STEP LOGIC created a multimedia installation at headquarters to design the entrance group of the headquarters building.

The interior of the building is made according to the original design solution of the Evolution Design architectural bureau in partnership with T + T Architects.

Flexible OLED panels were selected for the hall, creating a 360° panorama on objects of small radius. In the input group there are four multimedia columns consisting of 56 OLED panels, under the escalator there is a "wave" of 20 screens. The total resolution of the art object was 150 million pixels. To protect screens from overheating using CFD modeling, the optimal installation design is selected from 11 options.
