SberORM helps to proactively respond to the shortcomings identified in the processes and continue to provide Sber customers with services. The IT solution also ensures compliance with the regulator's requirements for the operational risk management system, including the calculation of capital and the formation of mandatory reporting.

As of November 2022, the SberORM system is used by more than 30 thousand Sber employees.
