2024: Move to Platform V SOWA

Sberbank has completely switched to the use of the domestic product Platform V SOWA from Sber Tech in security gateways. As of July 2024, the Sberbank team has provided a solution to more than 300 automated Sberbank systems and more than 500 company projects. In total, over 12 thousand Platform V SOWA installations have been deployed. Sberbank announced this on July 16, 2024.

Platform V SOWA checks customer requests from the bank's mobile or web application for malicious content, monitors the formats of transmitted messages, balances and routes traffic, and converts transport protocols. This provides high levels of security, reliability, flexibility, and scalability.

An important advantage of the solution is the presence of its own security engine. It allows you to flexibly configure action chains to filter cyber attacks. In addition, the solution gives teams the ability to easily scale their services for various business tasks and quickly put products into commercial operation.

The product is registered in the Register of Russian software and meets corporate requirements in the field of safety, performance and reliability.
