Maykor, the all-Russian service provider in the field of outsourcing IT and business processes, won the tender of "The east Siberian bank of Sberbank of Russia" for complex maintenance of electronic management systems for queue in May, 2014. Maykor task — to provide operational fault recovery of already operating systems which today 130, and to put new into operation.

Thus, the park of the equipment of "the East Siberian Sberbank" which services Maykor extended. Since October, 2013 Maykor provides service of 15 thousand bank payment terminals installed in departments.

"At the beginning of 2012 Sberbank was faced by a task: in 90% of bank departments waiting time of clients in queue should not exceed 10 minutes. Branches across all Russia began to be equipped with electronic management systems for queue. It was made also in Eastern Siberia that allowed to build optimum control of a flow of clients, to accelerate service. Now it is important to us to support the reached indicators therefore we pay much attention to the organization of smooth operation of electronic queues" — the vice-chairman of "The east Siberian bank of Sberbank" Eduard Mityukov noted.
