IT heads of the Vologda division of JSC Sberbank of Russia shared impressions of use of the software of Aurus PhoneUP for record of telephone conversations.

The program service PhoneUP "Zapis" from the Russian software maker - Aurus companies is already over a year used in three departments of JSC Sberbank of Russia in the Vologda region. Using this software fixing is made:

  1. telephone addresses of employees and clients to the Line of trust of bank;
  2. telephone customer appeals in Advice center of bank;
  3. telephone negotiations in service of collection;
  4. telephone conversations of the services which are engaged in returns of credit debt;
  5. telephone negotiations of the sector of protection.

Also a talk on all other lines connected with communication with clients such as, for example, broker service registers. The total quantity of the written lines regularly increases and today makes about 20.

According to Vladimir Fadeyev, the assistant department head of technical means and telecommunications of the Vologda division of JSC Sberbank of Russia: "We are happy both with quality of the received records, and work of the service. It is convenient that the majority of transactions can be executed directly from IP phone: activate write process or find the necessary record in archive and listen to it. Installation and setup of service, also as well as updating to new versions does not cause difficulties."
