The integration solution EGAR Technology on automation of investment activities of Sberbank of Russia including the line of the products EGAR Focus became an essential part of the hardware and software system used for support of an exchange tranche of secondary public placement of stocks of Sberbank which was carried out from September 17 to September 19, 2012, the company integrator in the blog reported on October 3, 2012.

Solution

The EGAR Focus platform provided the solution, both the technology, and functional tasks arising when processing requests and transactions of an exchange tranche within secondary public placement of actions.

Specialists of developer integrator create new mechanisms for collecting and processing of requests, support of new type of an auction is added and specific procedures of calculation of parameters of requests are developed, the set of cycles of functional and stress testing of a system with involvement of the Moscow Exchange and third-party brokers is carried out.
