Sberbank transfers ERP to iPad

"Sberbank of the Russian Federation" selects the general contractor for project implementation on system development "Mobile application on the ERP platform" within the Implementation of ERP program. The system centralized and put into commercial operation in central office and the Moscow bank of Sberbank conforming to functional, operational, architectural requirements and requirements for security is result of project implementation.

Some requirements to a system

The "implementation of ERP" programs systems and also a geographic information system of Bank on the ArcGIS software platform should be information source for analytical panels.

The mobile solution should provide access to analytical panels from mobile devices running iOS not below version 5 (iPad, iPad2, iPad3).

A system should support up to 650 simultaneous connections in the training/testing mode, including:

• planning and budget management – 150 users,
• personnel management – 400 users,
• property management – 100 users.

Maximum price of the agreement: 145.2 million rubles excluding VAT, including the project cost of system development at 1 stage of 39.6 million rubles excluding VAT, at the 2nd stage of 81.6 million rubles excluding VAT and support of the solution within one year 24 million rubles excluding VAT.

Requirements to participants of tender

• The participant of tender (general contractor) should be the partner of SAP CIS with the status not below SAP Service Partner.
• The participant of tender (general contractor) should have not less than two specialists who were trained in SAP CIS" according to the SUP platform in the state.

Time frames of system development

• The planned start of the project – the 2nd quarter 2012.
• The planned exit in OPE (1 stage) – 9/1/2012.
• The planned exit in PE (1 stage) – 9/30/2012.
• End of the period of stabilization of the solution (1 stage) – the 4th quarter 2012.
• The planned exit in OPE (the 2nd stage) – 1 quarter 2013.
• The planned exit in PE (the 2nd stage) – 1 quarter 2013.
• End of the period of stabilization of the solution (the 2nd stage) – the 2nd quarter 2013.
