"Yandex.Browser" is the corporate browser of Sberbank

In April, 2017 Yandex.Browser became the corporate browser of Sberbank of Russia. It is set on computers about 50 thousand specialists of bank. Further it will appear in tens of thousands of workplaces.

Sberbank uses the version of Yandex.Browser for the organizations which appeared in March, 2017. Assembly for Sberbank differs externally and allows to pass to resources which are necessary to employees quickly. So, in it are added references to services of bank, Wikipedia and information resources. The control of the browser happens to the help group the politician — rules which extend to all computers of network. In particular, Sberbank applies group politicians to additional protection of internal information. The Protect technology protects from threats in network of employees: she checks the websites and files for viruses, protects from theft of passwords and payment data.

"When choosing the corporate browser we were guided first of all by two product requirements: these are opportunities on remote control the software and strict compliance to our requirements cyber security. Colleagues from Yandex adapted the browser specially for requirements of Sberbank, and it defined our solution" — the senior vice president of PJSC Sberbank Nikita Volkov noted.

Besides, such browser can be managed on a centralized basis, without configuring it in each workplace. Yandex.Browser is set as the alternative browser on computers of office specialists. Further it will appear in workplaces of staff of the Sberbank branches and computers installed for clients.
