Sberbank selects VideoMost

The Sberbank of Russia within the project for development of the VKS systems made the decision on use of the Video conference software product for the organization of multipoint video conferences on the Internet for external clients for the purpose of increase in efficiency of bank.

The high (HD) quality of audio and video conference, information and communication security, possibility of operational connection of the clients who do not have specialized hardware, compliance to regulations and requirements of the Russian legislation were the main requirements imposed by Sberbank to VKS service. After the analysis of offers the Video conference software product as the most corresponding to the set conditions was selected. Works on integration were performed by CROC company.

The Video conference software product supports group video conferences on controlled dedicated servers and can be used for holding meetings and sessions of joint work online.

Thanks to the fact that VideoMost works on channels the Internet of the general access and allows to participate in a conference without registration in a system the staff of Sberbank will have an opportunity to communicate and to effectively hold sessions of video conferences not only with colleagues, but also with external users. VideoMost can be used also for improvement of uniform structure of the conference communication integrating all divisions and branches.

The multifunction Video conference software product is created based on the innovation SPIRIT platform which provides high rates of transmission quality of audio and video on IP networks, protecting from network problems, including loss of packets and cross-network delays. VideoMost supports HD quality of voice and video communications when carrying out multi-user Internet video conferences, ensuring information and communication security of users and providing them the maximum quantity of options for the joint solution of routine tasks, including joint viewing documents, a text chat, moderation of conferences, etc. Unlike Skype, the Video conference software product conforms to requirements of COPM.

The Video conference software product was used for holding the operational meeting in a video conference format earlier on Sberbank-AST electronic marketplace in which the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation I.I. Shuvalov, the president and the chairman of the board of Sberbank of Russia G.O. Gref, the head of Federal Antimonopoly Service I.Yu. Artemyev and also representatives of electronic marketplaces took part. VideoMost was selected as the universal solution providing a multipoint video conferencing with high quality of a voice and video.
