2020: Implementation Circuit. Factoring

On July 28, 2020 SKB Kontur announced solution development for Scania group and started electronic factoring for dealer network.

Factoring — a financial instrument for suppliers and customers who work with a payment deferral. The Swedish producer of trucks and Scania buses decided to use it for settlings with dealer network. The company was going to start factoring in an electronic format at once in the future not to spend time for transition from paper for e-document flow. The situation with a pandemic confirmed: this correct solution.

It was necessary to start electronic factoring from scratch, paper practices were not. The additional complexity was that for Scania singular solution was required. The Circuit command undertook its development . Factoring.

By means of development of the Circuit the supplier creates the register with all necessary data — the VIN code of the car, number of the chassis, etc. the Customer loads the received and signed register into the accounting system. Partners conclude the bargain on factoring on electronic platform. It creates the notification on a concession on the template approved by the parties and provides fast financing.

For our command the project of Scania became the first in the automotive industry, and it is healthy. Already for the end of July, 2020 2/3 dealers are connected to the platform. Each of them can use factoring in electronic form. We see perspectives and we are going to develop further in this direction.
