Within the partnership agreement specialists "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) processes in Schetelig-KZ LLP implementing solution 1C:Enterprise 8 automated key business . Complex delivery for Kazakhstan, the company contractor reported on February 14, 2013.

Start

Developing business potential the management of Schetelig-KZ LLP made the decision to create model of the processes managed business. With respect thereto top management of firm carried out market monitoring of software products. Specialists of the company "helped to decide by 1C on the choice: The first BIT": by the analysis of a situation they revealed basic needs of firm and convinced the customer of expediency of system implementation "1C:Enterprise 8 Complex delivery for Kazakhstan".

The client was attracted by the modularity of the solution allowing to perform step-by-step automation without suspension of work of the organization and also its byudzhetnost and optimality (enter a packet: "Management of trade enterprise for Kazakhstan", "1C: Accounting 8 for Kazakhstan", "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 for Kazakhstan", "1C: Trade Management 8 for Kazakhstan").

Project

Implementation of the software solution "1C:Enterprise 8 Complex delivery for Kazakhstan" and modern retail store equipment allowed to optimize activity of the enterprise for the trade, personnel and accounting directions. Performance indicators improved: the quantity of errors when reporting decreased by 15%, the data exchange rate between divisions increased by 20%, the total quantity of inaccuracies in work was reduced by 13%.

As a result of installation of the new software dynamics of work of departments of the company improved. The positive effect in the directions is noted:

  • Trade. Thanks to a possibility of detailed accounting of goods with entering of data in base by the appointed criteria (for example, on serial numbers, expiration dates, certificates) sweep rate of goods in a warehouse considerably increased and, as a result, the mechanism of customer interaction became simpler. Operating control over delivery time helps to analyze partnership and to effectively plan trade process.

  • Personnel. The functionality of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 for Kazakhstan" system allows the staff of personnel department to use a uniform information field for accounting of data on each worker (contacts, personal data, results of certifications and so forth); bring information on job descriptions and other regulations in base; develop and change the personnel plan; perform selection and assessment of candidates. Automation of a labor activity reduced load of personnel (volumes of routine transactions, paper document flow decreased), increased its working capacity.

  • Accounting. All data necessary for accounting (tax and also accounting of inventory stocks, banking and cash activities, settlings with suppliers and buyers and so forth) timely and in full come to accounting.

  • Reports form automatically and in full accordance with requirements of the relevant legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Function of autocheck excludes errors when filling reporting documents. Use of the separate chart of accounts of tax accounting simplifies comparability of data of accounting and tax accounting.
