The center of obstetrics of Kulakov cancels three-day business trips thanks to video conference

Specialists of the technology Cisco TelePresence group together with I.S.P.A company. - Engineering completed the project on the organization of a video conferencing for Scientific Center of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology of V.I. Kulakov Federal State Institution. As a result today the largest obstetric and gynecologic organization of Russia holds scientific and practical events using modern technologies of telemedicine.

Within the project in the main lecture hall of the center, in library and in educational audience the Tandberg 3000 MXP video system with a conference course recording capability is installed. It allows to hold teleconferences between the Russian and foreign medical institutions.

During test operation of a visual communication system the center carried out a cycle of the training seminars on a neonatology for Perinatal Center State Healthcare Institution of the Ministry of Health of Khabarovsk Krai, State Healthcare Institution of the Omsk region "Regional clinical hospital", the Surgut clinical perinatal center, for the medical institutions located in Astrakhan, Kostroma, Petrozavodsk, Tambov, Yaroslavl. Now the educational classes and conference rooms of the center equipped with TANDBERG 3000 MXP video systems daily are operated with a full load. The center will organize teleconferences with the Far East (Khabarovsk, Blagoveshchensk, Vladivostok), Kazakhstan (Astana) and the USA (Atlanta).
