The THESIS system automated work of "Scientific center of the Ministry of Transport"

On March 26, 2018 the company Haulmont announced implementation EDMS THESIS of century Federal state budgetary institution "Scientific Center on Complex Transport Problems of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation".

The center needed to arrange registration and document storage, to accelerate workflows, to automate setting and control of accomplishment of instructions. After comparison of characteristics different EDMS it stopped on the THESIS system. Its functionality completely answers tasks of the center.

"NTsKTP of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation" selected the Standard editorial office EDMS THESIS. It gives the chance to automate all processes connected with document flow, to transfer work of office to an electronic form and also to set tasks and to control performing discipline. The designer of business processes allows to implement schemes of the movement of documents on regulations of the organization. Also in Standard edition of the THESIS system the possibility of creation of evident reports for work of the company is provided.

"Specialists far off installed Haulmont and configured a system. It is worth mentioning that in Scientific center of the Ministry of Transport the Linux operating system is used, but it did not become an obstacle for implementation of EDMS THESIS. It is compatible to all popular OS, office suites, and takzhesubd and browsers.
