Scout Clinical, an American company providing services in the field of medical research and clinical trials, has begun to cooperate with Cloud4Y to store data from Russian customers. This measure was taken in order to comply with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data," which regulates the processing and storage of personal data of Russian citizens.

Cloud4Y provides cloud data protection services in secure data centers in Russia that meet the strict requirements of Tier III and higher standards. The use of Cloud4Y infrastructure ensures maximum security and data availability for all Russian clients of Scout Clinical.

To store personal data of Russian clients, Scout Clinical uses a secure and certified FSTEC and FSB cloud circuit built by Cloud4Y. Cloud FZ-152 helps the company achieve compliance with 152-FZ law and avoid violations related to the storage of personal data of Russian citizens. The solution is provided both on the basis of foreign and domestic software.

Before starting the collaboration, Scout Clinical conducted a large-scale testing of the protected loop, assessing the performance of resources and the convenience of working in the Cloud4Y cloud. According to the test results, the medical company transferred part of its infrastructure to the provider's platform in order to provide full support to Russian customers.
