Project Tasks

One of the most priority components of strategy Sedrus there was an employee development program aimed at the solution of internal tasks, being, in addition, a fundamental factor for building of high-quality and professional work with clients.

At the first stages the decision to optimize and accelerate selection of qualified personnel and also to distribute loading of department of work with personnel is made.

The management Sedrus made the decision - to implement an automated system on personnel management. The expert command on implementation of the HRM solution of NORBIT became the partner in implementation of effective objectives Sedrus.

Project Progress

The project on implementation began in January, 2015. For optimization of project works system implementation was separated into several stages. Specialists of the contractor configured the block connected with selection and hiring of personnel. In particular, the functionality of registration and maintaining reference books is created, roles and access rights for users are configured.

Project Results

On July 16, 2015 the NORBIT company announced end of the first stage of the project of development and deployment of a personnel management system in Sedrus company. The project is implemented on the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform.

Implementation solves one of the main objectives of HR division – creation of the database of candidates with whom employees in the course of search and hiring of employees in the company interacted that increased efficiency of personnel recruitment.

Ivan Demonov, the Head of Department Corporate Management in Sedrus company, noted: "We were already familiar with the Microsoft Dynamics AH system as we started the Logistics block based on this platform earlier. The functionality is optimal for building of business processes of our company in this connection the decision to develop a system was made and to automate work of HR - division with the help of experts of NORBIT.
