In Segezha Group the logistic Transporeon platform is implemented

2019: Automation of transport logistics

On October 21, 2019 the Transporeon Group company announced implementation of the project of automation of transport logistics in Segezha Group holding.

A choice for benefit of the complex project from Transporeon from Segezha Group was made in an analysis result of the solutions existing in the market. The project includes the Ticontract platform (the solution for carrying out long-term transport tenders) and the operational Transporeon platform which allows to build a uniform information field "the consignor – carrier". It is extremely important for the multi-profile Segezha Group exporting products of deep processing of wood to more than 100 countries of the world.

The optimal prices and quality – some of key priorities of the company, and well organized, transparent logistics - an important part of implementation of its development strategy.

It is not our first experience of automation of logistics, within the last 3 years we used different solutions for process optimization, but did not receive necessary results. For this reason we imposed solution specifications, and accurately designated our tasks: expand competitive environment, build transparent process of the order of transport, to manage accurately the schedule on loading, control execution of transport orders, receive the reporting and analytics. And all this with a minimum of costs on the organization and with the maximum transparency for logisticians and the management, noted the Logistics director of Segezha Group Sergey Tolstoukhov

Implementation of the project of automation of transport logistics of Segezha Group was complete in June, 2019. For October, 2019 management of in-Russian and export traffic flows is completely automated.
