Characteristics of a warehouse
Automation object - the warehouse complex of Sela company located in the settlement of Tomilino (Mosk. Region). The complex is the uniform distribution center for 500 shops in 300 cities of Russia. The enterprise works in two changes, seven days a week. Placement and selection of products is conducted with different tiers of racks using the special equipment. In a warehouse high-rise selectors, pilers, the richtraki, rokla, carts work with electro or hydraulic rise.

Mezzanine warehouse performs pallet, boxed and piece storage of different goods of the Sela trademark: clothes, accessories, cosmetics, promotional materials and retail store equipment.

The enterprise accepts products from the Russian and foreign manufacturers. Shipment happens both in own retail network, and in partner shops. On the mezzanine seasonal returns are stored.

Project Implementation
All key warehouse transactions (acceptance, placement, selection, output control) are performed using radio terminals. Fifty jobs – users of radio terminals are provided.
The main feature of technology of a warehouse – separate accounting and processing of goods in the group packagings including a tsvetorazmerny row and goods in pieces of different flowers and the sizes.

The Solvo.WMS system installed on a warehouse complex solves all problems connected with features of accounting of clothes:
- accounting of color and size ranges;
- an opportunity not only pallet and boxed, but also piece selection as business processes of the enterprise are constructed so that in shops the whole packagings with a tsvetorazmerny row, or separate pieces of specific color and the size are delivered or;
- processing of seasonal returns.
