Sentinel Credit Management protects mobile devices using the solution SafePhone

At the beginning of 2018 the companies "SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF SOKB" and "Sentinel Credit Management" implemented the project on the organization of mobile jobs of execution creditors using cloud service for centralized operation by mobile devices SafePhone. On June 18, 2018 the Scientific Research Institute SOKB company reported about it.

For expense optimization on collecting and the maximum ensuring compliance of activity of the agency to requirements of the profile law in 2017 the Sentinel Credit Management (SCM) company implemented proprietary mobile application. This software is established on the mobile device – the tablet which is used in work by each collecting specialist. The application is automatically loaded by a relevant working briefcase with all information on agreements of debtors, fixes any activity of the employee, synchronizes audio-and videos, can perform calls and in general simplifies all workflow. All activities of the specialist in collecting become automated and transparent for quality control.

600 mobile devices of employees "Criminal Police Service" from 58 cities of Russia transfer different confidential information to head office of the company. Data exchange happens continuously and requires not only special measures of information security, but also centralized operation by these devices, their settings and applications.

For the solution of these tasks service of mobile device management based on the Russian solution SafePhone certified according to security requirements was selected. Service allows to manage as the mobile device of the specialist in collecting, and corporate applications which are separately loaded in this device which can be set, updated or deleted far off. In case of theft or loss of the tablet, the system administrator of SafePhone will be able quickly to block or erase all data from the device. Besides a system blocks a number of "unsafe" actions of the specialist in collecting on the tablet for protection of all data available to the employee. So the execution creditor cannot install not entrusted application on the device, to go on-line "around" corporate systems of security and also to be connected to other devices on Bluetooth and USB.

In this SafePhone project it is provided in the form of service from the protected and certified DPC of SafeDC. The service model allowed "Criminal Police Service" to configure independently a set of necessary functions of an EMM system and to lower the budget on information security.
