Sentras Inshurans company — one of the leading players in the market of insurance of Kazakhstan. Services 1,000,000 clients over the country, integrates 17 branches and more than 500 employees.

The head of development department of personnel Yulia Grausbard tells about how by means of iSpring in only three months of the company it was succeeded to start from scratch the mixed training, having given a powerful charge to business development.

In modern business corporate training is a marker which distinguishes the successful organizations from those that stand on a market roadside. Therefore in our company strictly monitor new educational standards.

We practice the mixed training since December of last year. Before worked in the "face to face" format: the trainer of times a year went round all branches and trained the staff of sales department.

Resident instruction — not the most effective approach, at least, for two reasons:

Economic. Journey, the room in hotel, travelers for the trainer — excess items of expenditure. Educational. Some employees forgot what the trainer taught a year ago to.
