2019: Transition to electronic TRN

The Serebryansk cement plant switched to electronic TrN in the Synerdocs service. This was announced on December 9, 2020 by Directum (Director).

In 2019, the company abandoned paper consignments. Thanks to this, the shipment of products takes place without printing the originals, and employees save time when forming documents and exchanging them with counterparties.

Digitalization at the Serebryansky Cement Plant took place together with Synerdocs specialists in two stages:

• Implementation: setting up an integration solution, training users, pilot operation, access to productive exchange.
• Connection of counterparties - transport and logistics companies and consignees.

At the time of considering the possibility of switching to electronic document management in relation to TrN, the market for such services was represented by the only implemented Synerdocs solution. The involvement of service employees made it possible to avoid errors in the process of preparing the project, as well as reduce the time for its implementation.

Now the process of exchanging delivery notes in the plant takes place without paper:

• The shipper creates an ETpN in the accounting system and signs it by electronic signature, then sends the document to the driver and the consignee.
• The driver visions the consignment note during acceptance and delivery of the cargo using a simple EP through Viber or SMS.
• The consignee and the transport company sign the document with a qualified electronic signature.

TrN digitalization helped the enterprise:

• Reduce the processing and delivery time of documents;
• expedite the adjustment and acceptance of goods;
• Exclude damage or loss of invoices;
• Minimize the labor costs of the dispatch service, operators and storekeepers.

All transport and logistics companies and more than a dozen consignees working with the Serebryansky Cement Plant are already registered in the Synerdocs service and are ready for exchange electronically. They get the priority of loading over counterparties still using paper invoices.
