The company The first BIT automated processes of operational management of logistics and transportation of loads in joint stock company "Service Logistic Company" using solutions "1C: Motor Vehicle Management 8" and "1C: Trade Management 8", the press service of the company reported on August 19, 2013.

Project Background

The need for automation of activity of the company is connected with strategy implementation of diversified growth. Former instruments of conducting operational accounting did not meet the increasing requirements of the enterprise. The company management made the decision on creation of an information system using which it is possible to automate all planning processes, managements and accounting.

For creation of such system solutions are selected "1C: Motor Vehicle Management 8" and "1C: Trade Management 8". The company The first BIT, project office Savelovsky became the partner in implementation.

Project Progress

To provide to the staff of remote divisions the round-the-clock access to the database of the company, the project is implemented using "cloud" technologies.

Project Results

• Time for preparation of a document package for shipment is significantly reduced. Formation of the daily order for release of vehicles and route sheets, statements and processings of waybills of cars, the special and construction equipment is made by the manager "clicking of one button".
• Loading of transport is optimized. Employees control loading of transport taking into account load parameters, defining requirement to vehicles on the loading capacity and capacity. A system automatically checks existence of the free vehicles and special equipment suitable by parameters for implementation of works, adjacent to transportation, and also creates optimal routes of transport.
• The quality of planning of repairs and planned maintenance improved thanks to what the number of idle times because of fault of vehicles is minimized.
• Accurate accounting of the movement of goods in a warehouse and also accounting of services of responsible warehousing is organized that allows the enterprise to process a big cargo flow of goods of any kind without delays.

All this helps the company to offer the clients the high level of service and as fast as possible to deliver freights in any corner of the country.
