Service Plus has implemented cost calculation for each unit of transport

2024: Integration "1C: Motor Vehicle Management" and "1C:ERP Holding Management"

Service Plus LLC has completed the integration of two IS 1C: Motor Vehicle Management with 1C:ERP Holding Management to promptly obtain data on the cost of work and costs for each unit of equipment, which at the enterprise number more than two hundred. AiB Digitalization announced this on October 7, 2024.

The integration project took about a year. The transfer of data between the two 1C configurations allowed the company's specialists to quickly receive the information necessary for making management decisions. After the automation project, the company was able to keep records of the volume of work performed and hours for each unit of equipment. This accuracy allows you to determine the most profitable projects, justify the cost of work.

The equipment constantly moves between different divisions, quarries and specialists of the financial division needed data on the smallest costs in the cost of the work performed, up to the cost of materials in quantitative and value terms, - said Dmitry Smirnov, general director of the AiB Digitalization implementation company, which implemented the IT project. - The standard functionality "1C:ERP Management of the Holding" was finalized, since its capabilities to solve the problem were not enough, they also took into account the enterprise's wish that the revision should not interfere with the updates of both configurations "1C: Motor Vehicle Management" and "1C:ERP Management of the Holding."

The distribution of materials per production cost per piece of equipment was also automated; distribution of works carried out on their own to the cost of the works produced and distribution of works to the final shipped products produced for a certain customer.

Transparency and detail of warehouse works were ensured: the company was able to track the movement of the nomenclature and manage it at each of the actually existing warehouses.
