Service Plus Group: new deliveries of the specialized equipment to Novosibirsk poultry farm

Moscow, on February 25, 2009. The Service Plus group is the Russian Federation's first Technology integrator, the supplier of complex projects on the organization, technology equipment and management of production - and business processes — announces cooperation increase with Novosibirsk poultry farm and delivery to this enterprise of a specialized packing equipment. Novosibirsk poultry farm is the largest producer of meat of broilers in the Novosibirsk region which is actively developing production and own retail sales network.

Within program implementation on expansion of network of own shops, Novosibirsk poultry farm purchased two pipeline DIGI AW-4600 CPR automatic packing machines which are the high-integrated automatic system of weighing, packaging and labeling of products at Service Plus Group. A system in the automatic mode weighs a product, packs it into stretch film, prints one or several labels of any format with information on weight and the characteristics of goods programmed in advance, and then pastes the printed labels on the packed product.

The DIGI AW-4600 CPR model is optimized for work as a part of the pipeline that gives the chance to automate the procedure of unloading of packagings. At the same time a system executes up to 30 packagings a minute, and only one operator manages it. In addition DIGI AW-4600 CPR is completed with the output automatic pipeline and function of lining of a substrate.

Let's remind that earlier Novosibirsk poultry farm already purchased at Service Plus several pipeline packers of DIGI for packaging of the cooled meat of chicken, and this equipment showed the high performance, quality of packaging and the minimum housekeeping overheads.
