Service of technical supervision of municipal unitary enterprise (ELMA)

STN Municipal Unitary Enterprise performs functions of construction supervision in the field of construction, capital and running repair of housing stock and also subjects to improvement. The enterprise aims at permanent improvement of the activity, using the principles of a quality management system, by carrying out internal audits, development and implementation of the adjusting and warning actions.

In recent years the enterprise is faced by a task – to move to the new level of development in order that it is the is most complete to meet requirements of customers and partners of the enterprise. For this purpose at the beginning of 2012 STN Municipal Unitary Enterprise began cooperation with the consulting company for a regulation of business processes. In a work progress as the instrument of automation Business Process Management Suite of ELMA as it accurately closes all tasks of the company was recommended.

At the first stage of system implementation of ELMA automation of internal regulations was carried out, electronic document management is implemented, work with agreements is automated.

On the next stage automation of basic processes of the company - maintenance processes is planned. Also integration with a 1C system and the electronic government of Tatarstan.

In general, a system will increase the level of operational interaction between employees and divisions, control level, thereby promotes increase in level of the service provided by the enterprise to end consumers of services and partners.
