At the end of 2015 at head office of the French pharmaceutical concern "Servye" in Russia the project of automation of shipments of finished goods from the plant of the company on regional warehouses is complete.
The module "Transport logistics" of the BOSS Company system is intended for automation of logistic tasks and implements collaborative planning of transport processes with warehouse and production operations.
A system helps the staff of the Servye enterprise to create requests for delivery of batches of drugs, to optimum distribute the ordered loads on transport companies (taking into account their loading, features of cargo delivery and additional requirements - delivery to a regional warehouse or office), to complete orders for a warehouse, to create requests and to send requests for delivery in the form of e-mails with the attached set of documents. Data on the received delivery notes and accounts from transport companies on the corresponding requests and loads are automatically loaded into the module, the reporting under payment and according to the statistics deliveries on regions is prepared.
During the project the special interface "Search of Loads" which is used for clarification of a status of requests of customers on transport companies was developed. In it it is possible to obtain information on a load on different parameters in a report type and to output data in standard office applications for printing.
Within a problem of implementation sharing of data of the BOSS platform - up-to-date information on the enterprises is implemented, to divisions (regional warehouses) and employees it is transferred from the module "BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER".
Thanks to the module "Transport logistics" at the Servye enterprise process of submission of requests in transport companies for delivery of orders is accelerated and logistic costs are reduced.
