Servisekspo implemented the Scan Archive for the organization of electronic archive of documents

On September 5, 2018 the Gendalf company announced that the Servisekspo company implemented the solution for the organization of electronic archive of documents, having selected the Scan Archive program from Gendalf.
At counter tax audits accountant officers spent time at first for a shtudirovaniye of registers of Excel on existence of paper documents, and later on search of their originals in big archive of the company.
Now accountants have access to ordered electronic archive in 1C:Enterprise 8 base. And only one of them works directly about "Scan Archive", transferring paper documents to the scan copy when receiving. Further "Scan Archive" will recognize details or barcodes and attaches these copies to 1C.
Thanking "Scan Archive" of a labor cost were reduced by preparation for checks at least twice. Employees can trace whether everything documents returned from partners and were entered to archive. Not returned documents automatically are noted in base that allows to avoid matters of argument. During tax audit the necessary document package can be unloaded via the Export button.
Accountant officers do not look for documents in registers of Excel any more, and their absence does not become a surprise. Earlier most of all "trouble" was with agreements. For September, 2018 all documents gather, stored and controlled in "Scan Archive". We scanned and transferred documentation there for 2018. Received confidence that in documents a complete order. We know that nothing will be lost! And accounting provides documents in tax in time and also quickly answers questions of company management.
